The Agatsu Academy has been a reliable resource of movement education for over a decade and it continues to inspire and motivate students globally both with their world-class certification courses and with their online training. Foundations of Movement

Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a competitive athlete, or a professional trainer, the Foundations of Movement class is designed with easy to follow step-by-step progressions that will help people of all fitness levels develop skills in joint mobility, kettlebells, flexibility, and gymnastics. This class is open to everyone but aimed at the person who is looking for a balanced, safe, and effective fitness program that challenges you to take your training to the next level by working smarter, not harder. 

One-on-One Fitness Training

$60 per session (1hr)

One of the most essential parts of anyone’s physical conditioning, proper joint prep should be an essential part of everyone’s training foundation. We must first learn to master our own bodies before we can learn to overcome the resistance offered by weights.

Bodyweight Training

Bodyweight training is at the heart of everything we do in Agatsu. Working first and foremost with your body will build your strength and awareness. External tools such as weights are excellent training additions but must only be tackled by someone who has laid a proper foundation of movement fundamentals and conditioning with bodyweight training. This class will help you develop your movement fundamentals and improve your conditioning.

Designed for the beginner students you will learn the basic Swings, Clean, Press, Snatch, Windmill, and Turkish Get Up. Every lesson ends with a workout that will help reinforce the lesson of the day. This is an ideal place to begin your training if you are preparing for an Agatsu Kettlebell Certification or if you a new to kettlebells.
